Indooroopilly | Suburb Spotlight Video Series [Part 3]

In the third week of our suburb spotlight series, we are looking at Indooroopilly. While it may not have enjoyed quite as solid growth as its neighbouring suburbs, Indooroopilly’s small drop in house prices between March and April last year was short lived and it currently has a healthy median house price of $870k.

Interested to find out more about the Indooroopilly property market?

We have just released our Local Market Report which highlights some of the core trends we are seeing throughout the Indooroopilly, Taringa, Toowong and St Lucia property markets.

Home owners have found it to be a great resource in better understanding the climate in which they are selling, as it analyses their specific area and information which is relevant to their property, rather than focusing on the whole of Brisbane, as so many other reports do.

We know that understanding the market you sell in is a major consideration when putting your property up for sale. Our free Local Market Report will provide you with valuable insights into the inner-western property market, so that you can make a confident decision when selling your property.
