Nominate a Local Family
Someone you feel would benefit from a food hamper this Christmas. This might be a family facing challenges or one who you would like to thank and support.
Nominate a Community Hero
Someone you feel should be recognised for helping others in our inner-western community this year. This might be a neighbour, friend, volunteer, carer or healthcare worker.

To the right, you will see the nomination form. We will need the name of your nominee, a short reason why you have nominated them and your contact details.

Terms & Conditions Apply
1. Conditions for Valid Entry
• Participants must live in Brisbane’s inner-western community and have an interest in property within the suburbs of Toowong, Taringa, Indooroopilly and St Lucia.
• The competition is open to residents of the inner-western suburbs of Brisbane, except employees of O’Neill Estate Agents and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.
2. Competition Period
• The competition will run from 1st December 2022 to 16th December 2022.
• Closing date for entry will be 5pm (AEST) Friday 16th December 2022. After this date the no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
• O’Neill Estate Agents reserves all rights to amend or cancel the duration of this competition at any time.
3. Method of Entry
• Nominations can be made at https://www.byronyoneill.com.au/nominate/
4. Nature of Prizes
• We are giving away five (5) Christmas Hampers with an assortment of food items.
• Items may contain traces of allergens. Please read the label before consuming. O’Neill Estate Agents accepts no liability for any harm caused by consuming the items in the Christmas Hampers.
• The Promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
5. The Draw
• All valid nominations will go into the draw and the five (5) winners will be chosen. Each nominee has an equal opportunity of winning.
• The winner will be chosen on 19th December 2022 and notified via phone within two days of the draw.
• The residential suburb of the winner will be listed on social media and the website. Personal information including the reason for the nomination will not be disclosed unless authorised by the nominee.
• The prize will be delivered to the winner between 19th December 2022 and 23rd December 2022.
• The results of the draw are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
• O’Neill Estate Agents reserves the right to alter or cancel any aspect of this promotion at any time.
• O’Neill Estate Agents, in its absolute discretion, reserves the right to verify the validity of all nominations and to disqualify any nominee who tampers with the entry process, or submits an entry that is not in accordance with these conditions of entry.
