Prior to the renovation, the value of the home was $690,000. After carefully assessing the home, we identified which areas were worth refreshing, without overcapitalising on the property.

Under our guidance, the owners invested $25,000 into a calculated rejuvenation. We arranged and oversaw the complete transformation, including styling the property for sale.

With the home presented at its absolute best, we launched the property to the market.

In just 14 days we had 77 groups inspect the property and multiple offers were put forward to the owners.

In the end, the home sold for $760,000, earning our clients an additional $45,000 on the sale.
